OMCA Officers and Directors

Corporate

Corporate members shall be contractors, who can be individuals, firms or corporations, who have been engaged for at least one year in municipal contracting prior to applying for membership in this Association, and who have established a reputation for skill, integrity and responsibility.

Specialty Subcontractor

Sub-contractor members shall be contractors, who can be individuals, firms or corporations, who have been engaged for at least one year in municipal contracting as subcontractors to contractors who might be classified as Corporate members, and who do not bid as prime contractors against those contractors who could be classified as Corporate members. They should possess an established reputation for skill, integrity & responsibility.

Specialty Engineer

Engineering members shall be engineers, who can be individuals, firms or corporations, who have been engaged for at least one year in civil engineering and regularly works with municipalities, and have established a reputation for skill, integrity and responsibility.

Associate

Associate members shall be individuals, firms or corporations associated directly or dealing in the regular course of business with engineering construction or municipal construction, and have established a reputation for skill, integrity and responsibility.
